1990's does 1950's dress! When we google lens-ed this novelty print we came up with a 1990's reference, although there is no label on this. Done in a cotton muslin type fabric it is handpainted with large scale women holding baskets with flowers in them! They are wearing strapless blue dresses with flowers at their feet. Hand sequined. The top has sequins along the neckline. Side metal zip. Unlined. Belt is not included.
